An Example...

Other Examples: -Banks requiring a credit score and means test for home loans. This numbers check does not take into account the individual's character, situation or actual likelihood to repay a long-term loan.
-Lowered funding to schools in high-risk areas or serving high-risk populations. Slapping the hands of the educator, closing the school, forcing the poor to travel further and longer to receive an education. These are not common sense solutions to educational gaps.
-Resistance against assimilating practices that include other languages into daily life and routines.

Solutions:
Removing core standards test which remove caring teachers from students and applying more individualized solutions based on case-by-case needs. Using funding previously used for administrator bonuses in "Excellent" schools and utilizing vast networks of educational volunteer programs. Training adults to evaluate needs and assigning practical exercises to fulfill them.
"Education" (instilling sensitivity in youth to harvest awareness of social injustice.)
Minimizing exposure to "offenders" (especially in the media)
Communication across cultural borders. The more we learn about other people, people who differ from what we know well, the broader our horizons; the more detailed the cartography of our world view.
